It depends on the size of your home and what services you need. A basic exterior window cleaning on an average home might take 1–2 hours. A full package with windows, gutters, and siding could take 3–5 hours. Andrew will give you a time estimate when he quotes the job.

Pressure washing uses high-force water that can damage siding, strip paint, or force water behind panels. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with a cleaning solution to safely remove mold, mildew, algae, and dirt without harming your home's exterior. For siding, soft wash is always the safer, better choice.

Those dark vertical streaks running down the face of your gutters are called tiger stripes. They're caused by oxidation and dirt buildup and are actually tougher to remove than they look — regular rinsing won't get rid of them. Andrew uses a specialized cleaner specifically designed to break them down and restore your gutters to their original color.
